# 5.1 Role of NFTs: Functional Assets Powering the Wellness Economy

NFTs are divided into the following two categories, each serving a different role.

* **Wellness Growth Acceleration NFTs**: NFTs that enhance growth efficiency when data from health-related behaviors (such as walking, sleep, and stress improvement) is converted into the growth of Welmin.
* **Wellness Data NFTs**: NFTs in which the continuity and trajectory of improvement of wellness data are accumulated as data, forming unique digital assets.

Through these NFTs, users can:

* Own their own wellness data and gain value by circulating it as NFTs (Own / Trade)
