# 10.3 Token Custody and Treasury Design

To strengthen governance and mitigate fraud risks in the WellthVerse ecosystem, a two-layer Treasury structure will be implemented for managing project-owned assets: a Hot Wallet and a Cold Wallet.

#### Security Measures

* Ledger devices stored securely in physical vaults.
* PIN codes and key information are separated across different administrators.
* Wallet key duplication or reconfiguration requires manual multi-party authentication.
